EFUND & RETURNS POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

At Microswiss Solutions, we specialize in digital software distribution. Due to the nature of active license codes, we can only offer refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.

1. FAULTY OR INVALID LICENSE CODES If you encounter an error code or are unable to activate your license, you must contact our technical support team within 7 days of purchase.

  • Verification Process: To verify the issue with the issuer, we may request screenshots or photos of the error message displayed on your screen.

  • Resolution: If the key is confirmed defective, we will provide a replacement key immediately. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

2. NON-DELIVERY If you have not received your delivery email within 24 hours and it is not in your spam/junk folder, please contact us immediately. If we are unable to deliver your order due to stock issues, you will receive a full refund.

3. REFUND TIMELINE & METHOD

  • Method: All refunds are automatically processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

4. EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (WAIVER) By purchasing a digital license from Microswiss Solutions, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal from the contract once the digital content (the license key) has been revealed or sent to your email.

5. EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS We cannot issue refunds if:

  • You purchased the wrong software version incompatible with your system (please check system requirements before buying).

  • The license key has already been revealed/sent and is valid/activated.

  • You simply changed your mind after the key was delivered.
