SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY (DIGITAL GOODS)

Important: Microswiss Solutions sells exclusively digital products (ESD - Electronic Software Delivery). No physical goods (boxes, CDs, or USBs) will be shipped to your physical address.

1. SHIPPING COSTS & TAXES

  • Shipping Cost: Free ($0.00). Since our products are digital, there are no shipping fees.

  • Delivery Range: Worldwide. We deliver license keys globally via email.

2. DELIVERY METHOD

  • Email Delivery: All license keys are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout.

  • User Account: You can also find your license key and download links in your registered account under "My Orders".

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • Instant Delivery (Automated): Under normal circumstances, our system processes and sends orders within 5-10 minutes after payment confirmation.

  • Manual Review (Security Check): In rare cases, an order may be flagged for manual security review to prevent fraud. In these instances, delivery may take up to 12-24 hours. (See section 4).

4. ORDER VERIFICATION (FRAUD PREVENTION) To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, Microswiss Solutions reserves the right to place any order on hold for a manual security review.

  • This usually happens if the billing address does not match the payment method, or if the system detects unusual activity.

  • We may contact you to verify your identity before releasing the key. If verification fails, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded immediately.

5. WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY EMAIL? If your order has been marked as "Completed" but you haven't received the email:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.

  2. Verify that your email address was entered correctly in your account details.
