SECTION 1 - LICENSE USAGE
* The software licenses sold are for use on a specific number of devices as described in the product description.
* You agree not to resell, distribute, or publish the license keys purchased from us unless you are part of our official Reseller Program.
* We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent or generated by automated bots.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - WARRANTIES
We warrant that the license keys purchased are valid and authentic. However, we do not warrant that the software itself (developed by Microsoft, Adobe, etc.) will meet your specific requirements or be error-free. Technical issues with the software installation should be directed to the respective manufacturer's support, although we will provide installation guides as a courtesy.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
